These terms govern your use of bobsybeatstore.com and any beats you license through it. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them. The store is operated by Bobsy, an independent producer based in the United Kingdom.

1. The beats

Every beat sold on this site is an original instrumental produced by Bobsy. All beats carry a short producer tag (a ~2-second intro drop) that serves as the producer credit and remains part of the file on every licence tier.

2. Licences & pricing

Beats are licensed, not sold outright (except under an Exclusive Licence). Three tiers are offered:

• MP3 Licence — $40: tagged MP3, non-exclusive.
• MP3 + WAV Licence — $85: tagged WAV + MP3, non-exclusive.
• Exclusive Licence — $400: full ownership transfer; the beat is removed from the store and no further licences are issued.

The specific rights and limits of each tier are set out in the License Agreement you receive with your purchase, which forms part of these terms. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the site.

3. Payment

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

4. Delivery

Your files and license agreement are delivered automatically by email immediately after payment. Download links remain valid for 7 days — please save your files somewhere safe. If anything fails to arrive, check your spam folder and then email prod.bobsy@gmail.com and we will re-send.

5. Refunds

Because beats are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download links have been issued. If you were charged in error, received the wrong file, or a file is faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you.

6. Non-exclusive licences

Under the MP3 and MP3 + WAV tiers, the same beat may be licensed to other artists. If you need a beat to be yours alone, purchase the Exclusive Licence. Any non-exclusive licences sold before an exclusive purchase remain valid for those earlier licensees.

7. Acceptable use

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license a beat on its own (for example on another beat marketplace).
• You may not remove or obscure the producer tag except where the Exclusive Licence expressly provides.
• Use of the beats must comply with the terms of your specific licence tier.

8. Intellectual property

Except where full ownership is transferred under an Exclusive Licence, Bobsy retains all copyright and ownership in the beats. This website, its design and its content are also the property of Bobsy.

9. Liability

The site and beats are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bobsy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the beats. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
